The Infanta Maria Teresa was the youngest daughter of Felipe IV and his first wife Isabella of Bourbon. She married his cousin Louis XIV of France (The Sun King). She had six children but it was her grandson who succeeded Louis XIV.
The Infanta Margarita was the daughter of King Felipe IV of Spain and his second wife, Mariana of Austria and, therefore, sister of Rey Carlos II.
The Infanta Mariana was the daughter of Emperor Fernando III of Germany and the Infanta Maria Anna of Spain. In 1649 she married King Felipe IV of Spain, with whom he had several children but only reached the legal age two, the Infanta Margarita and the future King Charles II.
